Assessments

Lift Your Future Child and Adolescent Services offers a range of specialised assessments for children and young people aged 3-18 years, including cognitive and academic assessments, assessment for Specific Learning Disorders (such as dyslexia), Autism, ADHD, and behavioural assessments.

All assessment bundles are comprehensive and individualised, and include an accessible report which includes tailored strategies and recommendations.

Therapy

Lift Your Future Child and Adolescent Services offers individual therapy for children and young people aged 7-16 years who experience a range of emotional, social, attentional and behavioural challenges.

We use a personalised, integrative therapeutic approach, pulling from a range of evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, play-based therapies, mindfulness-based and solution-focused approaches.

Clinical Supervision

With a warm and encouraging manner, our Educational and Developmental psychologist Elizabeth provides professional supervision services to the following supervisees:

  • Educational and Developmental Registrars – primary or secondary supervision.
  • Secondary supervision for registrars undertaking other areas of endorsement.
  • Once-off peer consultation/supervision.
  • Ongoing peer consultation/supervision.
  • Early years psychologists – support for newly registered psychologists working with children and young people.
